In the third quarter of 2025, the top music and audio applications in Malta showed varied performance trends based on data from Sensor Tower.

Lark Player:Music Player & MP3 maintained a steady presence with weekly downloads fluctuating between 303 and 543. Despite no revenue reported, its download activity peaked at 543 in mid-August.

StarMaker: Sing Karaoke Songs experienced notable fluctuations in both revenue and downloads. Weekly revenue varied, reaching a high of $69 at both the end of July and September. Downloads ranged from 165 to 425, with a peak in mid-September.

Pocket FM: Audio Series saw a gradual decline in revenue from $224 at the start of the quarter to $98 by the end. Downloads, however, showed a peak of 373 in late September, indicating a resurgence in user interest.

Spotify: Music and Podcasts continued to lead in revenue, with weekly figures ranging from $1.1K to $1.9K. Downloads also saw an upward trend, peaking at 561 in late September.
